ANNOUNCING ... the birth of a new website!

It’s been a long and sometimes challenging nine months, but finally the website has grown into what I hope to be an informative and uplifting site for new browsers and existing clients alike. We’re almost running, but it’s small baby steps on this exciting journey with new technologies.

Meditation and Stress

Feeling stressed as the year winds down?

Meditation would have to be the answer for the generation of people who are ‘stuck in the fast lane’. It can be done anywhere, anytime, any place. It doesn’t have to cost anything, although there are numerous books, CD’s and classes you can attend to grasp the basic principles of the practice, but basically taking time out, for 10 or so minutes a day to ‘do nothing’ is simply all that is needed. Summer pests

Apart from being annoying, mosquitoes carry serious diseases such as Ross River and Barmah Forest viruses in the urban south-east of Australia. Recent news has confirmed suspicions regarding the health effects of DEET, the world's most commonly used insect repellent. This chemical has now been implicated in potentially causing damage to the nervous system, and may be particularly harmful to children.
