"In October 20008, I started Bowen Therapy with Maree for my back pain issues, which were due to scoliosis. “Since caring for my loved ones I have slowly learned the benefits of natural therapies. Having studied Aromatherapy, I found that placing 100% pure lavender oil on the pillows of my Aunty and my Mum helped them greatly to have a calmer night’s sleep and prevented nightmares.

The Aged Care Facility Mum is placed in have taken note of how (with Maree’s help) I have been able to manage very successfully Mum’s dementia without the use of pharmaceutical drugs.  The Director and Nursing Care staff have enquired as to Maree’s products and have gained approval for purchase of 3 different types of sprays - these being ’Playful’ ’Peaceful’ and ’Anti-bacterial’. They are also looking at approval for particular creams to assist with the different emotional states that the dementia patients experience throughout the day and night.  In addition to this, a visit to a Neurologist confirmed the fears that I held about medication for dementia and he encouraged me to use natural therapies before using any drugs as in some cases it can worsen the condition and there is no going back.
